Multimatic Inc. Honoured with GM's Special Recognition Award

MARKHAM, ON (January 8, 2004) - Multimatic has received a Special Recognition Award from General Motors for performance "above and beyond" in 2003.

The award was presented to Multimatic during the 2004 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

Multimatic was recognized for exceptional quality and delivery performance, customer service, cost saving activities and creative designs that enhance GM products, particularly the GMT900 program.

Only six recognition awards were given in total, and only four to parts suppliers, indicating that Multimatic was part of a very select group.

"We are all extremely proud of this award, which will reside in a place of honour in the lobby of our head office," Multimatic president Peter Czapka said.
